Nicolas racing in a Viper in Le Mans!

Le Mans - Nicolas Prost joins Mirabeau Compétition! Nicolas will not only be taking part in the Formula Renault race in Le Mans the coming week-end, he will also make his first steps in the French GT Championship! Gérard Bleynie, the boss of Mirabeau Compétition gives Nicolas the chance to take his race seat in a Chrysler-Viper. After Nicolas got the chance to test the Viper on the Magny-Cours circuit at the end of July, he will now be able to get some experience under race conditions in one of the most famous race tracks - Le Mans.

Gérard Bleynie said about it: "In July 2004, I have proposed to Nicolas to do some laps in the Viper on the Magny-Cours race track, where we had organised a test session. There was no target set in this test besides him discovering the driving of a car with a weight of 1'200 kgs and 600 HPs. He got out of the car enchanted and seemed even more passionate. He was describing the reaction of the car in the smallest details and we almost had to get him of the car! I know Nicolas for a long time and I love him much, so I leave him my driving seat to give him some pleasure and so he can get an idea of the car in racing."
